The hotel's central location was convenient for exploring Wing on Plaza, just a 4-6 minute walk away. My room was upgraded to a full harbor view, providing an excellent view of the harbor. - the room amenities included an electric kettle, refrigerator, and glassware, making my stay comfortable and convenient.

Rooms could postpone a renovation, already very inhabited

The place was neat and fully equipped, it had very attentive and really courteous staff with fast service and good advice. The location was good, not very far from The One. I really enjoyed to spend time in the lively wine bar.

The room was modern and quiet with a stunning harbor view, the breakfast was fantastic, and the check-in process was speedy - overall, this will be my top pick for my next stay in the area.

Nicely appointed hotel with modern décor, stocked rooms. Sincere and competent staff providing excellent services. Overall casual atmosphere. Solid breakfast with food for every diet, good and perfect location. What an amazing stay, nothing too much trouble👍

Not great area.

My classic king room was fashionable and very well kept. the location of the hotel was very central, just off easy transport links such as the local metro station, Big Bus Tours, and the Star Ferry to Hong Kong Island. - I had Halal meals in Green, located nearby.

The club lounge was very pleasant, with excellent breakfast and cocktails; the staff was extremely courteous and attentive! Very good mattresses and comfortable shower.

the staff was very professional and responsive and we could use wake up calls and ironing free of charge. the room was tastefully decorated with views across the water, we had a good rest.

Convenient Location and Helpful Staff

This place was up to standard, and the staff here were amazingly helpful from the moment we arrived to when we left. the hotel is located really close to the river in Kowloon, making it super easy to access shops and other attractions nearby. 🌟

Quiet, very well-kept and impeccable staff - long-established team. Very good beds with appropriate blankets and pillows. The lounge lets you slide into the day in a relaxed manner

The service levels of the Front Desk and Lobby porters

The lack of english language skills of all staff beyond the front desk made communicating very difficult (especially in the hotel restaurant). I was travelling with a 1 year old baby and the hotel was not really geared for a young family E.G. the room corridor was too narrow for the buggy; the hotel cafe did not open for dinner until 6.30 pm; there was no lift (just stairs) to the hotel swimming pool

The view I had a harbour view room it was unforgattable. The restaurant M. The location.

It is a little bit old, no fashioned and contrstaing with the wondeful design I enjoyed in other hotels in China. I was not allowed to access to the one Michelin star restaurant because there was a "private" party I think it was a little bit late though I was on time according the time schedule published
